Service which is rendered without joy helps neither the servant nor the served. But all other pleasures and possessions pale into nothingness before service which is rendered in a spirit of joy.

Family Law.
Family law or matrimonial law incorporates family matters and domestic relationships such as marriage and civil unions, divorce and annulment, child custody and the best interests of the child, maintenance, child abuse and domestic violence.
Legal Contracts.
A legal contract is an enforceable agreement between two or more parties. It may be verbal or written. A contract is essentially a set of promises that can be enforced by law.
Deceased Estates.
The purpose is to ensure an orderly winding up of the financial affairs of the deceased, and the protection of the financial interests of the heirs.
Trusts & Wills.
Trusts have an important role in preserving wealth from generation to generation. Last will and testament, and assigning the power of attorney over your estate to someone who you can trust, the financial interest of your heirs are guaranteed to be protected.
Consultation.
Every conflict belongs to the one to whom it is given and all service will be directed at and helping the person work through the conflict and gain victory in actions and responses. Conflict coaching helps the person to explore the available options and choose the right way having regard to the values and beliefs of the client.
Mediation.
Mediation is the process whereby each party separately is prepared to address the conflict and then to facilitate the meeting where the issues can aired and the solutions sought. Mediation is gaining momentum worldwide and is recognised to lead to better and lasting solutions.
Arbitration.
Arbitration is helpful where the parties are not fighting each other anymore but cannot agree on the issues and need someone to make the decision. It is less costly and more flexible than litigation.
Litigation.
It often happens that one does not have the option but to defend a matter that cannot be settled, or to litigate to enforce necessary rights. The process is costly and time consuming and good communication with the client is essential throughout the process.
